Taking a look at camera specification of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 – Snapdragon variant.
Redmi Note 3 comes with a 16 mega-pixel rear camera with PDAF (phase detection autofocus) and and f/2.0 aperture.
Redmi Note 3 takes the best shots, but the powerful sensor combined with PDAF makes for a great on-the-move setup.
The camera is speedy without any noticeable lag, and has great focusing speed. The picture detail isn’t quite well though, but despite that the Redmi Note 3 is a mighty fine camera phone with natural colour reproduction.
Here are some shots taken-
The white balance and exposure is high.the camera struggles in low light conditions. You can see details are excellent in macro shots and color reproduction is awesome.
The Default MIUI Camera App supports many functions.
Different camera modes which are quite good.
Filters are also good and quickly accessible.
Video Recording – You can shoot videos in Full HD resolution. The default Camera app doesn’t support 4K recording.Time lapse video recording is amazing. The slow motion recording is not up-to the mark i recorded some slow motion videos outdoor but it didn’t turned out good.
Front camera is comparable to high-end devices. It’s amazing supports Full HD video recording.Age detection and beautify feature.Less noise compared to other device in this range.
Verdict – Xiaomi needs to improve camera performance of this device before launching in market.
